A starting recipe for practicing at home. Adjust it to your beans and taste.
1. Get ready.
Rinse a paper filter in your dripper and discard the rinse water. Measure 15 g of freshly ground coffee.
2. Pour slowly.
Start with 30 g of hot water and wait about 30 seconds. Pour gently in small circles until you reach 250 g of water.
3. Find your rhythm.
Let the water draw through, then taste. If the cup tastes too sharp, try a finer grind; if it is too dry or bitter, try a coarser grind.
